WITH OVER 20 sales notched up through a rent-to-buy scheme at the Northern Cross development on Malahide Road, Hooke MacDonald is offering 15 more units priced from €195,000 for one-beds and €235,000 for two-beds.

Under the scheme, customers sign a lease and pay an inital two months rent as deposit. Rents for one-bedroom apartments start at €950 a month, while two-beds are are renting at just over €1,000 a month.

Tenants who rent for two years and decide to buy, will have all the rent paid put towards the purchase price, at today’s level.
