In Terenure, a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 12 Greenlea Road was withdrawn at £270,000 by Lisney, which is quoting £315,000.
Mason Estates fetched £280,000 at auction for 121 South Circular Road, Dublin 8, a terraced house currently arranged in three flats.
South Dublin
IN Blackrock, a three-bedroom detached house at 39 Woodbine Road, off Stillorgan Road, was sold at auction for £435,000 through Gunne.
A three-bedroom semi-detached house at 96 Silchester Park, Glenageary, was sold after auction by Sherry FitzGerald for over the guide price of £275,000. In Dun Laoghaire, Myrtle Park House, at 9 Myrtle Park, a five-bedroom detached house, was sold at a Lisney auction for £395,000.
In Dalkey, Sherry FitzGerald fetched £300,000 under the hammer for a three-bedroom house at 16 Church Road, well ahead of its £180,000-plus guide price.
North Dublin
In Malahide, an 18th-century thatched cottage on 6.8 acres, Casino, in Malahide Village, was sold at auction for £12 million, through Hamilton Osborne King. One of the last substantial sites in Malahide village, the property was bought by Gerry Gannon of Gannon Homes.
Elsewhere in Malahide, Lisney fetched over the withdrawal price of £200,000 after auction for 5 Windsor Mews, a two-bedroom, mid-terraced house.
On the Malahide Road, at Kinsealy, a large, modern nine-bedroom redbrick house on 1.25 acres, Westbrook House, was sold at auction for £1,050,000 through Lisney. It has Bord Failte approval for six guest bedrooms.
A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 9 Victoria Road, Clontarf, Dublin 3, was withdrawn at £270,000 and sold later for a higher price through Gunne.
At 91 Hollybrook Road, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn by Hamilton Osborne King, which is quoting over £280,000.
A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 5 Hampton Court, Clontarf, was withdrawn by Gunne, which is quoting £330,000.
Also in Clontarf, 16 Blackheath Drive, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn from auction at £260,000 and sold later for £300,000 through Gunne.
A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 158 Upper Drumcondra Road, Dublin 9, was withdrawn by Martin Auctioneers, which is quoting £350,000.
Still in Dublin 9, Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £350,000 for 18 Iona Villas, Glasnevin, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, following its withdrawal from auction.
In Castleknock, 136 Georgian Village, a four-bedroom detached house, was withdrawn by Hamilton Osborne King which is quoting over £600,000.

A five-bedroom detached house at 1 Prospect Terrace, Sandymount, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £570,000.
In Irishtown, 2 Dodder Terrace, a two-bedroom townhouse, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £220,000.
Dublin 14 and 16
In Dublin 14, Hollywood House, on Mount Anville Road, a detached five-bedroom Victorian house on 1.75 acres, was sold after auction for over the guide price of £1.2 million by Lisney.
Sherry FitzGerald secured £325,000 at auction for 9 Butterfield Park, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, a three-bedroom semidetached house.
In Goatstown, 1 Willowfield Avenue, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn at £260,000 by Turley & Associates, which is quoting £280,000.
A three-bedroom terraced house at 32 Whitebeam Road, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £422,000.

In Delgany, a six-bedroom house on an acre, Araglin, in Delgany was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which sold it later for over £600,000.
Also in Delgany, Sherry FitzGerald is seeking over £500,000 for Briarwood, on Blackberry Lane, following its withdrawal from auction.
In Ashford, Cullenmore House, a four-bedroom house on nine acres, was withdrawn at £400,000 by Hamilton Osborne King, which sold it later for a higher price.

In Kilcock, Co Kidare, The Shrubbery, a Georgian house on just over three acres, was sold at auction for £1.2 million, through Brady & Co.
Near Naas, Cooligmartin Stud, on 40 acres at Donadea, was sold at auction for £450,000 through Coonan.
A 1.5-acre holding at Eadestown, Naas, was withdrawn at £120,000 and is under negotiation through Gunne.
A 12.6-acre holding at Killeen More, Sallins, was sold after auction for over £100,000 through J P & M Doyle.
