Off Mountpleasant Avenue in Ranelagh, 1 Garden View, a two-bedroom townhouse, was withdrawn at £186,000 by O'Connor Shannon, which is quoting £190,000.
In Rathmines, 28 Lower Rathmines Road, a four-bedroom terraced house, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £545,000.

A 2,736 sq ft four-storey over basement Georgian building at 20 Herbert Place, Dublin 2, including a 581 sq ft mews was sold at auction for £1.25 million by Gunne.
A shop premises at 89 & 89A Marlborough Street, Dublin 1, was sold after auction for £240,000 by Christies.
A 0.25-acre development site in Ratoath, Co Meath, was withdrawn at £305,000 and sold later for a higher price through Toole McKay.

Also in Co Carlow, buildings on a 0.93-acre site at Strawhill Industrial Estate, were withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £275,000.
Harrington Lait withdrew Earls newsagents on Abbey Street, Wicklow. It is currently under negotiation.
In Waterford, The Saratoga bar and restaurant, at Woodstown, was withdrawn and sold later for about £450,000 through John Rohan.
