AROUND THE BLOCK:HE'S TOO young to be called a veteran of the industry but estate agent Andrew Quirke has been in the property business since 1988 when he started as a post-boy with Hamilton Osborne King (now Savills) and worked his way up to senior sales negotiator.
He later did a stint with Douglas Newman Good, which he joined in 2006, working in their three Southside offices – Dún Laoghaire, Terenure and Stillorgan.
Now he has moved to phase three of his career and has joined the relatively new Hunters Estate Agent as a negotiator and will be based in their Foxrock office, which has a staff of five. It is one of two branches in Dublin and opened in the summer.
Hunters Estate Agent is a residential division of Space Property.
