THE DALKEY DART station in south Dublin is not to get a bar overrule an earlier decision by Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council granting permission for the new business. Dalkey Community Council had objected to the permission. The board said that having regard to the limited volume of car-parking at the station, the proposed multi-purpose use of the car-park and the nature and scale of the new development, the scheme would involve a material contravention of the development plan.
