Deane Brothers Developments have secured planning permission for 118 apartments at The Orchard at Old Leixlip Road, Lucan, Co Dublin. The four-acre site was bought over a year ago for £2.6 million.

And in Ballinteer, Dublin 16, the planning authorities are considering an application for 108 apartments on a site of 3.6 acres at Ballinteer Avenue.
