A price of over £3 million (€4.29 m) is being sought for The Twelve Pins, one of the best known hotels in Galway. The 18-bedroom hotel is located at Barna on the coast road to Connemara. It has an excellent restaurant which can seat up to 120 diners. There is full planning for an additional 18 bedrooms, according to selling agents, Mulryan Auctioneers.
