JONES Lang Wootton is seeking a hotel operator with a proven track record to lease a planned £6 million hotel in Talbot Street, Dublin 2. Tony Gallagher, owner of the New Ross Hotel in Co Wexford, has secured planning permission to build the 95-bedroom three-star hotel on the site of the former Lenehan's store. The hotel will occupy a high-profile location almost halfway between O'Connell Street and Busaras. It will also be close to the International Financial Services Centre and Connolly railway station.
