IN GLASTHULE,Co Dublin, a pair of early 19th century houses owned by the Catholic Church are being sold by Sherry FitzGerald. Located beside St Joseph's Church, a short walk from the Dart station, numbers 22 and 23 Summerhill Road date from 1824 and, while they have some of their original features intact, both houses are in need of full refurbishment.
