SAVILLS HAS made two senior appointments: Janet Carroll, right, has been promoted to associate in the residential division and Niall Curley to associate in property management. Carroll joined the firm in 2003 as a sales negotiator. Curley also joined the firm in 2003 but as a property manager.

“These promotions are important at a time when clients are looking for senior personnel with a strong track record. Both Janet and Niall have demonstrated their ability in this regard,” says Savills MD Angus Potterton.
