NORTH DUBLIN: FROM €170,000:PRICES AT St Olaves, Kinsealy, Co Dublin have been halved since the development first went on the market more than three years ago.
Estate agent Kelly Walsh says there are six units left out of 32 in the scheme which occupies a three acre site fronting onto Malahide Road, a short drive from the village.
Prices now start at €170,000 for the one-bed apartments (down from €340,000) and €199,000 for the two-bed homes, which were €415,000. The two-bed duplex is €229,000, down from €440,000, and the three-bed townhouse is €299,000, from €565,000.
St Olaves fronts onto the Malahide Road and Kinsealy village is nearby. There are park and ride facilities at Portmarnock and Malahide Dart station and an array of bus services.
The development also contains a courtyard-style neighbourhood centre where there is a crèche, hairdresser and plant shop. More will open soon, say the agents.
The standard kitchen has gloss ivory finish doors with walnut-effect worktops. Integrated appliances are included (subject to the return of contracts within 21 days from the date of issue). The bathrooms have recessed basins. There will also be a pressurised water supply system to both the shower and bath, and heated towel rails to all main bathrooms.
