THE FINAL six houses in the Delgany Wood development beside Delgany village in Co Wicklow go on the market this Saturday at heavily discounted prices.
Joint agents Sherry FitzGerald New Homes and Lennox Estates are seeking €385,000 for the four-bedroom family homes which are located in a delightful wooded setting.
Four- and five-bedroom detached homes in this scheme made up to €1.2 million at the peak of the property market in the summer of 2006.
Jim Wood’s Townpark Estates has built and sold more than 350 houses in Delgany Wood over the past decade. The homes in the final phase, known as Cherry Glade, are three-storey semi-detached units with a floor area of 145sq m (1,4550sq ft).

There is also any number of golf clubs in the general area including Druids Glen, Powerscourt, Greystones, Charlesland, Bray and Delgany itself.
