HOUSES ON Herbert Park don’t come up too often so even at €3.5 million – very much in the top price range in Dublin these days – there will undoubtedly be good interest in 12 Herbert Park. It’s a fine, three-storey late Victorian redbrick – as solid and impressive as they come – and the location, beside Herbert Park, one of Dublin’s loveliest open spaces, in Donnybrook, and close to the city centre, is desirable.
The owners bought more than 20 years ago, when they obviously renovated and updated from top to bottom; up to two years ago they lived in it as their family home.
