SIX retail investment properties occupied by Xtra-Vision on leases with more than 19 years to run have come on the market through DTZ Sherry FitzGerald. The portfolio will include four shops in Dublin and one each in Killarney and Kildare. The buildings are currently producing a combined income of £124,000.

The selling agent is quoting a guide price of £310,000 for the Xtra-Vision shop in Milltown shopping centre which is rented at £20,000; another unit in the Village Centre in Castleknock, rented at £18,500 is expected to make around £280,000. A shop at Coolock Village Centre rented at £22,000 should fetch £330,000, another one in Ballyfermot Arcade producing £24,165 is likely to make in the region of £350,000. The agents expect to secure around £290,000 for a shop at East Avenue, Killarney, which is rented at £21,000. The sixth investment, a shop at Market Square in Kildare town rented at £18,500, is likely to sell for about £250,000.
