New Ireland Assurance Company has found a tenant for a 15,000 sq ft unit warehouse unit at Naas Road Industrial Park, in west Dublin. The Printed Image, a printing company founded nine years ago, will be paying a rent of £90,000 for the premises, which has over 5,000 sq ft of offices. The deal will complete lettings at the industrial park where the tenants also include TEIS and Braun Medical Ltd.
