An industrial development site opposite the Red Cow Hotel, on the Naas Road, in west Dublin, is to be sold by tender in two lots through the Lisney agency. It is close to the busy junction of the M50 and the Naas Road. The first lot of 2.84 acres, currently used as a car scrap yard, has 111 metres of frontage on the Naas Road, while the second lot of 2.82 acres is used as football grounds by Bluebell AFC on a 35-year lease from 1997 at a rent of £6,500.
