The international financial services company, Morgan Stanley, and one of the world's leading telecommunications equipment supplier, Alcatel, have moved into the new centre-piece office block in Citywest Business Campus in west Dublin Morgan Stanley is opening its Irish headquarters in 2,400 sq ft on the top floor of the three-storey Block 3013, the all-glazed new building over-looking Citywest's central lake. The company is relocating from a smaller office facility in the park.

James Nugent of Lisney acted on behalf of Alcatel which is renting 6,500 sq ft on the first floor of the building. The company is relocating from its Adelaide Road facility in the Dublin city centre. Quoted rents in Citywest at present are £16.75 per sq ft with parking spaces at £450 each.

The same block also houses the new headquarters of Davy Hickey Properties, the developers of Citywest, which includes a marketing suite equipped with the latest technological facilities.
