The second phase of the Courtyard scheme at Clonsilla, Dublin 15, is being launched this weekend, with 11 two-bedroom townhouses priced from £153,950. Completion of the two-bed townhouses will be in late summer to early autumn.
The Courtyard is ultramodern in design and a departure from more conventional developments in the surrounding area. There will be five blocks and a total of 77 residential units in all. Each block has its own security entrance gates and the entire develoment is bounded by an outer wall and railings.
The location is convenient to both Clonsilla and Blanchardstown and the Arrow suburban rail link at Coolmine station is a short walk from the site. The 11 townhouses have a floor area of just over 810 sq ft and each has its own private cobblelocked patio, either south or west-facing. There is a separate kitchen with a bay window large enough to fit a breakfast table.
The sittingroom/dining room has double doors leading out to the terrace and there is a downstairs lavatory off the hall.
The two bedrooms upstairs are both doubles and the main bathroom has an over-bath shower and airing cupboard.
The development is well-landscaped, with a grassy strip and tree-planted pathways separating the fronts of the townhouses from parking areas. Front doors are painted a variety of primary colours, which gives the houses a cottage look.
Wyse Property Management will maintain the development on behalf of the residents, at a cost of £350 per annum for the two-bedroom townhouses.
Bookings are being taken at Hamilton Osborne King's Molesworth Street offices from today and showhouse viewing will be on Saturday and Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m.
