Millpark, Clondalkin village, is a new Town Park Estates development of two and three-bedroom townhouses and apartments. The first 30 homes launch on the market this weekend with prices starting from £127,950 (€162,462) for two-bedroom apartments.
This new development is located on a seven-acre site between the new and old Nangor Roads in Clondalkin, very close to the village. On completion there will be 160 homes. The Ross McParland agency will handle sales at Millpark.
The first phase will comprise 14 two-bedroom apartment and 16 three-bedroom townhouses.
The three-bedroom townhouses have 1,084 sq ft of floor space and are priced from £149,950 (€190,397).
The two-bedroom apartments range in size from 680 to 710 sq ft. Each apartment has a patio or balcony.
Construction work at Millpark has just commenced and the completion date for the first phase will be early 2002. There will be one block of apartments and three blocks of townhouses.
The development is designed by architects Fenton Simons. Each home will overlook a landscaped and planted area.
Clondalkin village is one of the main retail centres of West Dublin and has a good range of amenities and facilities. The area is also well served by public transport. As well as a choice of bus routes, Clondalkin also benefits from close proximity to the M50 and Naas dual carriageway.
All units at Millpark qualify for the £3,000 first time buyers grant and are exempt from stamp duty for owner occupiers.
