McDaids bar opposite The Westbury Hotel, in Harry Street, Dublin 2 sold at a Morrissey auction for £2.9 million. It was bought by Oliver Cosgrave, owner of The Druid's Chair in Killiney.

Meanwhile, DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald secured £2.9 million for a 6,800 sq office site at Mount Street, Dublin 2.
