Sherry FitzGerald Farrelly is guiding €975,000 for the property, which stands on around 21 wooded acres with extensive frontage on Lough Sheelin.

The exterior has been restored but the interior still needs work, including installing a new kitchen. Period details such as fireplaces have been retained, and woodwork stripped back.
