US toy manufacturer Little Tikes has sold its factory and other facilities at the IDA estate in Clonshaugh, for £6.75 million following its decision to close down its Dublin operation. Markland Properties is believed to have been the purchaser of the 90,000 sq. ft industrial unit which stands on a site of 8.5 acres. The company is likely to redevelop the site for high-tech units. Hamilton Osborne King handled the sale.
