LISNEY has been presented with the ISO 9002 quality accreditation by the Minister for Finance, Mr Quinn. The company is the first in Ireland to have attained the award for their entire operation in Dublin, Cork and Belfast. To improve customer service, Lisney recently installed a new communications network in its Dublin branches to enable customers to access information on the entire residential market. The service is shortly to be extended to the company's regional offices.

Lisney's managing director, Peter Browne, said that in the current economic environment with property markets showing significant growth, agents had a responsibility to foster that growth and to provide a higher quality of service to customers.
