One of Limerick's best known hotel, the Glentworth Hotel, in Catherine Street, is expected to make between £1.5 million and £2 million when it is offered for sale at auction through Lisney in March. The sale will also include a site of one-fifth of an acre opposite the hotel, which could accommodate a multistorey development. The hotel has 51 en-suite bedrooms.
