One of the great landmark hotels in Co Kildare, Lawlors hotel in Naas, is to be sold at auction on July 23rd after being owned by the Lawlor family since 1913. The 15-bedroom hotel was a popular meeting point over the years for the horse racing fraternity, particularly after race meetings in Naas, Punchestown and The Curragh. Lawlors also provided on-course catering facilities at many of the race meetings. Colm McEvoy is quoting a guideline price of £2.35 million.
