Kodak site to sell for between £2m and £2.5m

A large office and warehouse complex occupied by Kodak at Pottery Road in Dun Laoghaire is expected make between £2 and £2

A large office and warehouse complex occupied by Kodak at Pottery Road in Dun Laoghaire is expected make between £2 and £2.5 million when it is sold by tender next month through Jones Lang Wootton and Hamilton Osborne King.

There is almost 17,000 sq ft of single-storey offices and 16,776 sq ft of warehousing, both in particularly good condition. There is potential for further developments on the 2.54-acre site which is zoned both for industrial and residential use.

Bill Tuite of Jones Lang Wootton said they expected a strong level of interest in the property because of a shortage of these facilities in south Dublin. The Kodak operation is located close to the junction of Pottery Road and Johnstown Road and about seven miles from the city centre.
