PUBLISHER Kevin Kellyis a busy man. Having just sold his 50 per cent share in Image magazine, he is planning to grow his new venture, European Supermarket Magazine, which started life on the internet but has morphed into a glossy for the international grocery trade.
Meanwhile, he is still trying to sell his Dublin home – a lavish townhouse at 24 Fitzwilliam Square that he first put on the market in 2008. It went on the market at an eye-popping €10m, but was then quickly reduced to €7.5m. Kelly has now told agent Sherry FitzGeraldto drop the price to €4.5m. This may well flush out a buyer who wants to live in great style on the sunny side of the square. The house has superb reception rooms on two floors, including a first floor drawingroom with views over the square. The contents of the house are also for sale, so for the right price, someone could move straight in.
