IRISH Life has sold another office building as part of its policy of reducing its exposure in the office market The company has secured Pounds 2.1 million for a multi-tenanted 26,000-square-foot block at 12 South Mall, Cork.bought by a private investor. Eagle Star occupies over 9,090 of the 26,600 square feet in the block while other floors are rented by Sun Alliance, Lombard and Ulster and Ronan Daly Jermyn. Collier Jackson-Stops acted for the purchaser and Cohalan Downing and Associates represented Irish Life.
