DUBLIN 15: FROM €525,000 BUY-NOW-PAY-LATER is one of three incentive packages being offered at a scheme in Dublin 15.

In a bid to entice buyers back into the market, Hollystown Developments, the builder behind Alderwood in Hollystown, Dublin 15, is offering to pay the mortgage on four-bed houses for the first two years.

The buy-now-pay-later package involves signing a contract with a deposit of €20,000 allowing buyers to live in the house free for a year. A trade-in package of up to 60 per cent of the purchase price is also available.

Alderwood is a scheme of 51 houses located across the road from Hollystown Golf Club. Four-bedroom semi-detached houses with 137sq m (1,480sq ft) of living space are priced from €525,000. Larger four-bed detached houses have 166sq m (1,790sq ft) and are priced from €595,000.
