New phase at D11 scheme:A SMALL number of mews-style apartments and penthouses remain for sale at Ballintyre, Glenkerrin's now established scheme on Ballinteer Avenue, Dublin 16, close to Dundrum Town Centre.

Three own-door, one-bedroom apartments carved out of old style mews buildings, are available priced at €240,000, while the fully fitted show unit is on sale at €300,000. Two large penthouse apartments remain, priced from €650,000. These are 150sq m (1,600sq ft) units with great views, and two secure parking spaces each. All are on view this weekend from noon to 1pm.
