UK FROZEN food multiple, Iceland, is to open its first Irish retail store at Lower George's Street in Dun Laoghaire. It plans to establish a number of other outlets over the coming months. The company has paid in the region of £750,000 for the freehold interest in the 7,000-square-foot former Atlantic Homecare Store in Dun Laoghaire, which has extensive street frontage and car-parking at the rear. Atlantic was advised by the Agar agency.
