Find a letting agency to do the work for you. Some require that you have the State-approved star rating, others will inspect your property themselves. They then agree a rental price, generally charging their customers a percentage on top of the sum paid to you. Ask locally about letting agencies, or chase up ads in travel sections of newspapers.
