GEM Construction has emerged as the purchaser of a site of 10

GEM Construction has emerged as the purchaser of a site of 10.75 acres which originally formed part of the old Malahide golf links. Gem paid £11.5 million at auction for the land, which can accommodate at least 140 houses. The site is the latest part of the golf course to be rezoned and more of it is likely to go for sale in the future. Gem has done a number of notable developments including Beggars Bush Barracks and Clonfadda in Dublin. It is also building houses in Navan.
