THE ESB Pension Fund has sold an office investment, Kinnear Court, at Fenian Street, Dublin 2, for around £1.25 million after a lengthy period of mixed fortune with it. The 23,600-square-foot block has been bought by the hotelier, Noel O'Callaghan. It is currently producing £115,000 though almost 10,000 square feet of space remains unoccupied. The block which has 32 car parking spaces, is located beside Cumberland House, which is mainly let to Telecom Eireann.
