The residential element of the scheme envisages 50 new homes in five separate house types including bungalows, dormer bungalows, and two-storey houses.
The planning application notes that the houses will have conservatory and garage options. Thirty houses are to be detached and a further 20 developed in a courtyard style as holiday homes.
Also included would be a single-storey management office, landscaping and ancillary site development works, all on a 117.8 hectare site.
The holiday cottages and the hotel and the leisure centre complex would be serviced by a small private sewage treatment plant. An Environmental Impact Statement accompanied the application.
