The UK: from €179,123 Apartments in a grade two listed Victorian Gothic building in the heart of Liverpool are well-priced to attract Irish investor interest.

Westminster Chambers is the latest project by Space Developments, a McInerney Holdings subsidiary. Prices for the 54 units start at £121,995 (€179,123) for one-bedroom apartments of 43sq m (464sq ft). Two-beds of 53sq m (570sq ft) cost from £155,995 (€229,020). One three-bedroom apartment of 91sq m (977sq ft) costs £195,000 (€286,284).

The location could hardly be bettered, on the corner of Dale and Crosshall streets in the city centre. Many of the building's period features have been retained, including elaborate Gothic-style carving, ornate facade and original windows. Integral workshops and warehouses form part of the development. No two apartments will be the same and buyers have a choice of two distinct styles - high-ceilinged Victorian or post-industrial loft-style with exposed brickwork and cast-iron columns.

Westminster Chambers was originally designed by architect Richard Owens and built in 1880 to house a surveying company which capitalised on Liverpool's booming housebuilding market. Space Development's UK number is 00-44-151 2316100.
