Hamilton Osborne King is quoting a guide price of £4 million (5.08m) for the 22-bedroom hotel which stands on a one-acre site. An Bord Pleanβla granted planning permission last March for the demolition of the building and its replacement by a 26-bedroom hotel and 28 apartments in two blocks at the rear.
