A high-tech office/light industrial development is planned for the Truck Dealers International site near the Naas Road by J Harris Assemblers. It has applied to South Dublin County Council for planning permission to build 11 two-storey and three-storey units to house a range of businesses, including data processing, software development, tele-marketing and science research. It is also planning to build a 230-space multi-storey car-park with shop, restaurant and creche. The mixed used development will cover 29,910 sq. m on the site at Fox & Geese, Knockmitten lane, Naas Road, Dublin 12.
