A new benchmark Zone A rent of £240 per sq ft has been set in Dublin's Henry Street with the letting of the former Lawrences jewellery store to the British-based group HPJ Jellers. Zone A rents in the street have been in the region of £180 per sq ft up to now. HPJ, which has 50 outlets in the UK and none in Ireland up to now, will be paying in excess of £180,000 for the shop which has a floor area of 1,100 sq ft, as well as a slightly smaller basement. Neill Love of Druker Fanning & Partners acted for the landlord.
