The long-established advertising agency Helme O'Connor O'Sullivan Partnership is to pay a rent equivalent to £35 (€44) per sq ft for 3,500 sq ft of offices on the upper floor of an office block under construction near the AIB Centre at 44/46 Serpentine Avenue, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. Struan Gunn of Collier Jackson Stops arranged the pre-letting on a 25-year lease. The ground floor has been let at £40 (€50) per sq ft to McNally Kitchens, which is the agent for ALNO kitchens.
