ESTATE agents Harper O'Grady have been presented with the ISO 9002 award following the introduction of new business procedures and management controls. With full-time staff of only five, it is one of the smallest firms in Ireland to secure the accreditation.

Alan Cooke, chief executive of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institution, presented the award to Mr Neil Harper.
