Gunne Commercial's marketing department has won a UK Property and Marketing & Design Award for its brochure on Lakepoint Retail and Business Park in Mullingar. The agency is currently marketing the development, which will have almost 100,000 sq ft of high-tech offices, 270,000 sq ft of industrial space and more than 80,000 sq ft of retail warehousing.
