Green Property has disposed of two industrial building at Ballymount Business Park in west Dublin and plans to sell an industrial investment in the same area. Davenham Automation paid around £1.1 million (€1.40m) for a unit of 10,879 sq ft - the equivalent of almost £105 (€133 ) per sq ft. Another building of 7,055 sq ft made £740,000 (€939,606).

Lambert Smith Hampton, which handled both sales, is now seeking around £1.2 million (€1.52m) for a building of 12,500 sq ft rented by Gardiner Security at £84,000 (€106,658), breaking back at £6.75 (€8.57) per sq ft. Such a price would produce a yield of about 6.5 per cent.
