Two more Dublin Georgian office buildings have sold for £1 million each. Sherry FitzGerald secured £1,120,000 at auction for 42 Fitzwilliam Place, a 4,400 sq ft building which is vacant apart from the first floor and its return. The present rent is £16,250. Lisney also got over the £1 million mark for 61 Fitzwilliam Square, a 4,500 sq ft building which is vacant. There are 11 car parking spaces at the rear which are reached from Pembroke Lane. Another Georgian building, 129 Lower Baggot, Street has been sold to the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers for £610,000. Hamilton Osborne King handled the auction of the 4,440 sq ft premises which is partly let at a current rent of £18,706 per annum. The selling price equates to around £140 per sq ft.
