Lisney is seeking a buyer for the Gaiety Theatre at South King Street, Dublin 2, which has been put on the market by UK-based Break for the Border Group. It is likely to make in excess of £3.5 million.

The theatre is a listed building with a seating capacity of 1,200. It first opened in 1871.
