SALES RESULTS:SHERRY FITZGERALD fetched €5.7 million under the hammer yesterday for a large detached house on Torquay Road in Foxrock.

Two bidders chased Glenarm, a five-bedroom Victorian house on almost three-quarters of an acre, which had an AMV of €5.75 million. Bidding opened at €5 million and the property was eventually knocked down at slightly less than the advised minimum value.
