A two-storey four-bedroom house, Trefleur, on 1.65 acres of grounds at Westminster Road, in Foxrock, Dublin, was sold prior to auction for a price believed to be in excess of £3.5 million through Hamilton Osborne King.

With potential to build up to 40 apartments in the grounds, the site has 100 metres of frontage on to Westminster Road and is directly opposite Westminster Hall apartment complex.

Lisney is seeking £1.7 million for 2 The Birches, a five-bedroom detached house on Torquay Road, Foxrock, after it failed to sell at auction.

On Killiney Avenue, Kinloch, a four-bed detached house, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Lisney.

In Dalkey, a strong price of £5.1 million was achieved at a Lisney auction for Elsinore, a two-storey over basement sixbedroom house on Coliemore Road.

A four-bedroom dormer bungalow, Ramore, at 21 Castlepark Road, was withdrawn at £625,000 and sold later for a higher price by Lisney.

A one-bed cottage, Pilot View Lodge, on Harbour View, was withdrawn by Wyse & Co, which is quoting £225,000.

Also in Dalkey, 3 Saval Park Gardens, a four-bedroom semidetached house, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good.

Nearby, 10 Saval Park Road was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £475,000.

In Sandycove, 1 Otranto Place, a four-bedroom over garden level house, was sold by Lisney for £1.25 million.

An Edwardian end-of-terrace house at 12 Dungar Terrace, Dun Laoghaire, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £382,500.

In Blackrock, Daphne L Kaye is quoting £650,000 for 28 Granville Road after it failed to sell at auction.

A five-bedroom detached house, Rinn Na Mara, at Seapoint Avenue, Blackrock, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Lisney.

Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £310,000 for 67 Trimleston Park, Booterstown, after it failed to sell at auction.

Dublin 2 and 4

Lisney secured £1.2 million at auction for 110 Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, a period terraced house in eight units.

Also in Ballsbridge, 75 Haddington Road was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £725,000.

Gunne secured £750,000 at auction for a five/six-bedroom Georgian house at 47 Marlborough Road, Donnybrook.

Sherry FitzGerald is quoting £1.275 million for 58 Morehampton Road, a four/fivebed period house, following its withdrawal from auction.

Also in Donnybrook, 7 The Court, Donnybrook Castle, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £660,000.

A three-bedroom house at 98 Tritonville Road, Sandymount, was withdrawn at £990,000 by Lisney and sold later for a higher price. Nearby at 70 Tritonville Road, a four-bedroom detached house was withdrawn at £660,000 and sold later for a higher price through Bennetts.

Also in Sandymount, 3 Fairfield Court was sold prior to auction for over the guide of £380,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.

A three-bed Victorian house at 12 Vavasour Square, Bath Avenue, was withdrawn by Daphne L Kaye & Associates.

Still in Sandymount, 64 Claremont Road, a four-bedroom house, was withdrawn by Bennetts, which is seeking £550,000.

In Rathgar, Sherry FitzGerald achieved £920,000 for 1 Orwell Park, a five-bedroom Victorian house.

Brighton Villa, on Brighton Road, Rathgar, was withdrawn at £670,000 and sold later for a higher price by Douglas Newman Good.

At 23 Highfield Road, a sevenbedroom Victorian house, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £1.45 million.

At 170 Botanic Avenue, a three-bed semi-detached house made £266,000 by Douglas Newman Good.

A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 9 St Mobhi Road, Glasnevin, was sold at a Douglas Newman Good auction for £370,000.

A site with planning permission for a four-bedroom detached house at 38 Grace Park Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 9, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £175,000.

In Dublin 7, 20 Blessington Street, a two-storey Georgian house in eight units, was sold at auction for £350,000 by GWD.

A three-bedroom terraced house at 52 Connaught Street, Phibsboro, was withdrawn at £150,000 and is under negotiation through Flynn & Associates.

Also in Dublin 7, 34 Ashtown Grove, off the Navan Road, a three-bedroom house with a site with outline planning for a detached house made £275,000 at auction by Toole McKay.

Gunne Residential secured £382,000 at auction for Ravensdale, in the Strawberry Beds, Dublin 20.

Wicklow

Jackson-Stops secured a strong price of £1,050,000 for Cam Lodge, Kilquade, a threebedroom house on 2.5 acres with a swimming-pool.

The same agent is seeking £335,000 for 3 Raheen Lawn, Bray, following its withdrawal from auction at £280,000.

A derelict cottage on 29 acres, Charter House, in Roundwood, sold at auction for £445,000 through Hamilton Osborne King.

A farmhouse on 4.5 acres at Butterhill, Blessington, sold at auction for £360,000 by J P & M Doyle.

Provincial

Gartlan Auctioneers sold a residential farm on 71 acres, Bath Lodge, Broomfield, Castleblaney, Co Monaghan, in three lots. Lot 1: the house on 20 acres made £270,000. Lot 2: seven acres sold for £55,000. Lot 3: 46 acres sold for £185,000.

In Co Louth, Swallows, a fivebed semi-detached house at Railway Terrace, Drogheda, was sold at auction for £255,000 by Sullivan Estates.

In Co Meath, a five-bedroom house on 30 acres at Barstown, Dunboyne, was withdrawn at £600,000 by Coonan.

Also in Co Meath, the same agent is seeking £280,000 for Whitethorn, a six-bedroom bungalow on an acre at Kilmurray, Clane, following its withdrawal from auction at £275,000.

Meanwhile, a three-acre site at Headfort Demesne, Kells, was sold at auction for £420,000 by Raymond Potterton.

Smith Auctioneers sold a threebed farmhouse on 48 acres at Ladyrath, Wilkinstown, Navan, for £370,000. A bungalow on an acre at Augherskea, Drumree, Co Meath, was withdrawn at £225,500 by Dillon Auctioneers, which is quoting £237,000.

In Co Kildare, a three-bed cottage, Acorn Cottage, in Brannockstown, Naas, was withdrawn at £192,000 by Jordan, which is quoting £200,000-plus.

A three-bedroom detached bungalow on 0.25 acres at Parson Street, Maynooth, was sold at auction for £253,000 by Brady & Co.

In Co Wexford, a 94-acre residential farm at Ballygarvey, Tagoat, Rosslare Harbour, was sold at auction for £650,000 by John Keane & Co.

A 31-acre farm at Creagh/ Ballowen, Gorey, was withdrawn at £620,000 and sold later for a higher price through Warren Estates.

The same agent sold 18 acres at Hollyfort, Gorey, after auction for over £150,000.

In Dublin 15, The Lodge public house, at Laurel Lodge, Castleknock, was withdrawn at £3.8 million and sold later for a higher price through John Younge.

On the North Strand, Dublin 3, Humphrys public house, at the Five Lamps, was withdrawn at £1.4 million and is under negotiation with Gunne Commercial.

In Lucan, Co Dublin, 5.49 acres of land with residential zoning on Esker Road was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £3.75 million.

A shop premises at 17 Quinsboro Road, Bray, was withdrawn at £455,000 by JacksonStops, which is quoting £500,000.

In Dublin 2, a Georgian office building at 12-13 Lower Pembroke Street was withdrawn and is under negotiation with McNally Handy & Partners. In Co Wicklow, a 1.47-acre development site in Blessington village was withdrawn at £850,000 by Jackson-Stops.

Glenealy Lodge public house, in Glenealy, Co Wicklow, was withdrawn by H.J. Byrne, which is quoting £1 million.

In Co Meath, The County Club pub/restaurant, in Dunshaughlin, was withdrawn at £4.5 million and is under negotiation through Gunne Commercial.

A 6.75-acre site with residential zoning at Townpark, Kells, Co Meath, was sold at auction for £1,150,000 through Raymond Potterton.

Near Clogherhead, Co Louth, 20 acres with planning permission for 158 houses at Callystown was withdrawn at £2.4 million and is under negotiation through Wyse & Co, with a quoting price of £3 million.

A development site of 25 acres at Ballymartin More, Ballinagard Road, Roscommon, was withdrawn at £500,000 and is under negotiation through Pat Hughes.

The same agent withdrew 25 acres of development land on the Galway Road, Roscommon Town, at £2.65 million. It is currently under negotiation.
