In Ballsbridge, 50 Nutley Avenue, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was sold at auction for £505,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.
A two-bedroom third floor apartment at The Sweepstakes, Ballsbridge, was withdrawn at £370,000 by JacksonStops McCabe, which sold it later for a higher figure.
In Sandymount, Elliott & FitzGerald secured £570,000 at auction for 81 Strand Road, a three-bedroom end of terrace house with a mews site. Lisney secured £370,000 at auction for 33 St Alban's Park, Sandymount, a three-bedroom semi-detached house.

In Ranelagh, 31 Upper Beechwood Avenue, a four-bedroom end of terrace house, was sold at auction for £345,000 through Elliott & FitzGerald.
A three-bedroom terraced house at 19 Mount Pleasant Avenue, Ranelagh, was sold at auction for £285,000 through Lisney.
A three-bedroom mid-terraced house at 6 Orwell Gardens, Rathgar, was sold at a Hamilton Osborne King auction for £194,000.
In Dublin 8, 4 Vernon Street, a two-bedroom villa-style house off the South Circular Road, fetched £282,000 through Douglas Newman Good.

In Howth, Co Dublin, Baily Cottage, a double-fronted split-level three-bedroom cottage with sweeping sea views at 79 Carrickbrack Road, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £380,000.
A two-bedroom cottage at 15 Station Road, Sutton, was sold at auction for £180,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.
In Glasnevin, 61 Lindsay Road, a Strain-built four-bedroom semidetached house was withdrawn at £323,000 by Sherry FitzGerald, which sold it later for a higher price.

In Slane, Co Meath, Mullaghdillon House, a large period house, was sold at auction for £400,000 through Gunne.

In Rathmines, Dublin 6, Clara House, a bed and breakfast premises at 23 Leinster Road, was withdrawn at £950,000 by Mason Estates, which sold it later for a higher price. A commercial Georgian building at 36 Lower Gardiner Street, with a premises to the rear of 11 Talbot Street, Dublin 1, was auctioned in two lots by BFR Estates: Lot 1: 36 Gardiner Street was withdrawn at £610,000 and is under negotiation. Lot 2: 1,000 sq ft of storage to the rear of 11 Talbot Street made £127,000.
