A two-storey over garden level period house in five units, Until, at 38 Clarinda Park East, Dun Laoghaire, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £380,000.

Elsewhere in Dun Laoghaire, 15 Century Court, a one-bedroom penthouse apartment was withdrawn at £240,000 by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £255,000.

In Monkstown, 94 Monkstown Avenue, a four-bedroom semi-detached house made £314,000 through Lisney.

A modern four-bedroom house at 22 Brooklawn, Blackrock, was sold at auction for £355,000 through Lisney.

At 25 Glenomena Park, Blackrock, a four-bedroom semidetached house was sold at a Lisney auction for £240,000.

Elsewhere in Blackrock, 49 Rockville Crescent, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was sold at auction for £210,000 by Lisney.

Hamilton Osborne King fetched a record price of £494,000 at auction for 86 St Helen's Road, Booterstown, a stylishly decorated Crampton-built semi with four bedrooms.

Lisney secured £380,000 at auction for 46 The Rise, Mount Merrion, a Kenny-built four-bedroom house.

Finnegan Menton fetched over the withdrawal figure of £325,000, after auction, for 71 Stillorgan Heath, Stillorgan, a four-bedroom detached house.

In Foxrock, Lyndale, on Westminster Road, a four-bedroom bungalow, was sold after auction for over the guide price of £350,000 by Lisney.

seeking offers in excess of £450,000 for Springfield House, Glencullen, Co Dublin, a four-bedroom bungalow on three quarters of an acre, following its withdrawal from auction.

Dublin 2 and 4

In Donnybrook, 26 Eglinton Park, a four-bedroom semidetached house with a garage situated in a cul-de-sac, fetched £392,000 through Hamilton Osborne King. On Brookvale Road, off Eglinton Road, Donnybrook, a house and site with river frontage totalling just under half an acre, "Brook Lodge" and "Dunbar", was withdrawn at £900,000 and is under negotiation through Gunne. Elsewhere in Donnybrook, Lisney secured £645,000 at auction for a pair of terraced three-bedroom townhouses at 3 & 4 Airfield Terrace. Located opposite RTE, close to Donnybrook village, the modern houses benefit from Section 23 allowances.

In Ballsbridge, 50 Nutley Avenue, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was sold at auction for £505,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.

A two-bedroom third floor apartment at The Sweepstakes, Ballsbridge, was withdrawn at £370,000 by JacksonStops McCabe, which sold it later for a higher figure.

In Sandymount, Elliott & FitzGerald secured £570,000 at auction for 81 Strand Road, a three-bedroom end of terrace house with a mews site. Lisney secured £370,000 at auction for 33 St Alban's Park, Sandymount, a three-bedroom semi-detached house.

Also in Sandymount, Bennetts fetched £324,000 for 8 Sandymount Green, a three-bedroom house in need of renovation.

Dublin 6 and 8

In Ranelagh, 31 Upper Beechwood Avenue, a four-bedroom end of terrace house, was sold at auction for £345,000 through Elliott & FitzGerald.

A three-bedroom terraced house at 19 Mount Pleasant Avenue, Ranelagh, was sold at auction for £285,000 through Lisney.

A three-bedroom mid-terraced house at 6 Orwell Gardens, Rathgar, was sold at a Hamilton Osborne King auction for £194,000.

In Dublin 8, 4 Vernon Street, a two-bedroom villa-style house off the South Circular Road, fetched £282,000 through Douglas Newman Good.

Also off the South Circular Road, a three-bedroom mid-terrace house in need of modernisation at 28 Sandford Avenue was withdrawn at £170,000 and is under negotiation through Douglas Newman Good.

Gunne secured £326,000 at auction for Woodpark, a four-bedroom detached house at 51 Whitehall Road, Terenure. Also on Whitehall Road, Number 111, a three-bedroom detached bungalow was withdrawn and sold later for over the guide price of £185,000-plus by Hamilton Osborne King.

Dublin 14 and 16

In Clonskeagh, Dublin 14, 10 Whitethorn Road, a Crampton-built three-bedroom semidetached house was sold at auction for £375,000 through Lisney.

North Dublin

In Howth, Co Dublin, Baily Cottage, a double-fronted split-level three-bedroom cottage with sweeping sea views at 79 Carrickbrack Road, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £380,000.

A two-bedroom cottage at 15 Station Road, Sutton, was sold at auction for £180,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.

In Glasnevin, 61 Lindsay Road, a Strain-built four-bedroom semidetached house was withdrawn at £323,000 by Sherry FitzGerald, which sold it later for a higher price.

A three-bedroom semi-detached house at 15 Griffith Avenue, Dublin 9, was withdrawn at £180,000 and is under negotiation through Gunne.

In Dublin 7, a three-bedroom semi-detached house at 59 Cabra Drive, Cabra, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through GWD.

Nearby at 199 New Cabra Road, a four-bedroom semi-detached house was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £230,000.

Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £395,000 for 1 Woodberry, Castleknock, a five-bedroom detached house following its withdrawal from auction.

In Bray, H.J. Byrne secured £127,000 at auction for 6 Killarney Villas, Killarney Road, one of the old Pembroke Estate two-bedroom terraced cottages.

Provincial

Sherry FitzGerald secured £555,000 at auction for Moate House, Rathmore, Co Kildare. The early 19th-century six-bedroom house stands on five acres.

Near Maynooth, St Brigid's, a five-bedroom bungalow on 0.3acre on the Kilcock Road was withdrawn by Coonan, which is quoting over £200,000.

In Slane, Co Meath, Mullaghdillon House, a large period house, was sold at auction for £400,000 through Gunne.

Elsewhere in Co Meath, a 13.5acre holding at Baltrasna, Ashbourne, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £180,000.

Commercial

A development site with planning permission for 16 apartments at Grattan Street, Dublin 2, was sold at auction for £1.92 million through DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.

In Dublin 8, The Barn House public house, at 44/45 Dolphins Barn, was sold at auction for £1.22 million through John P. Younge Auctioneers.

In Rathmines, Dublin 6, Clara House, a bed and breakfast premises at 23 Leinster Road, was withdrawn at £950,000 by Mason Estates, which sold it later for a higher price. A commercial Georgian building at 36 Lower Gardiner Street, with a premises to the rear of 11 Talbot Street, Dublin 1, was auctioned in two lots by BFR Estates: Lot 1: 36 Gardiner Street was withdrawn at £610,000 and is under negotiation. Lot 2: 1,000 sq ft of storage to the rear of 11 Talbot Street made £127,000.

In Swords, The Village Cellar pub, at Unit 3, Town Centre Mall, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Morrisseys.

Morrisseys fetched £1,080,000 at auction for Goldsmiths public house, at 3 Quinsboro Road, Bray, Co Wicklow.

Elsewhere in Co Wicklow, a one-acre residential site at Redford, Greystones, was sold at auction for £645,000 through Agar. At Rosslare Harbour, Co Wexford, 42 St Helen's Drive, a three-bedroom holiday house, was sold after auction for over £110,000 by John W Corish.

In Co Carlow, The Castle Inn public house on Castle Street, was withdrawn at £440,000 by John Younge.

In Waterford, Cohalan Downing sold a 2.34-acre development site belonging to Telecom Eireann, on Cork Road, at auction for £1.7 million. It was bought by a local developer.

Also in Co Waterford, Ned Kelly's pub, at Ballybricken, was sold at auction for £560,000 through John Rohan.

A ground floor commercial unit with overhead accommodation at 25 Lower Newcastle, Galway, was sold at auction for £460,000 through O'Donnellan & Joyce.
