Six parties chased the property, which had been expected to make in excess of £600,000. The house has good off-street parking and a large back garden. Elsewhere in Blackrock, a four-bedroom period house at 31 Mount Merrion Avenue was sold at auction for £700,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.
Kilbride Auctioneers secured £410,000 at auction for 19 Stillorgan Park, Blackrock, a three-bedroom detached house.
Also in Blackrock, 3 Annaville Avenue, a two-bedroom mid-terrace cottage, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Douglas Newman Good. In Kilmacud, 26 Eden Park Drive, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £290,000.
Sherry FitzGerald secured over £250,000 after auction for 4 Trafalgar Lane, Monkstown, a twobedroom mews house.
A four-bedroom detached bungalow at 37 Castle Park, Monkstown, made £500,000 through Gunne.
In Glenageary, 99 Silchester Park, a five-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £355,000.
In Dun Laoghaire, 42 Clarinda Park East, a two-storey over garden level Victorian house, made £445,000 through Lisney.
A four-bedroom bungalow, Stoneville, on Tivoli Road, Dun Laoghaire, was withdrawn at £290,000 by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £315,000. A mid-terrace two-room house at 14 Stoneview Place, Dun Laoghaire, was withdrawn, and is under negotiation through Lisney.
In Dalkey, Lisney fetched £620,000 under the hammer for a four-bedroom, semi-detached Victorian house, Juverna, at Rockfort Avenue. In Killiney, Talbot Mews, a three-bedroom mews house on Talbot Lane, was withdrawn by North. .
Dublin 2 and 4
Finnegan Menton secured a strong price of £970,000 at auction for 31 Upper Leeson Street, a four-bedroom period terraced house, in need of refurbishment. Four parties competed at the auction, which opened at £500,000. In Ballsbridge, The Haven, a four-bedroom detached house at 136 Merrion Road, was sold at auction for £950,000, by Lisney.
Off the Merrion Road, a five-bedroom, semi-detached house, Chipton, at 25 Ailesbury Park, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £775,000.
At 6 Herbert Cottages, Ballsbridge, a two-bedroom cutstone cottage was sold at a Gunne auction for £220,000.
Off Bath Avenue, Sandymount, 2 Havelock Square, a two-bedroom Victorian townhouse, made £260,000 through Finnegan Menton.
Dublin 6 and 8
Sherry FitzGerald achieved a very strong price of £400,000 for a two-bedroom terraced house at 72 Lombard Street West, off the South Circular Road, in Dublin 8. The redbrick house had been extensively refurbished.
Also in Dublin 8, 58 Upper Clanbrassil Street, a three-bedroom Victorian house, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £220,000.
In Dublin 6, a three-bedroom semi-detached house at 54 Orwell Gardens, Rathgar, Dublin 6, was sold prior to auction by Douglas Newman Good. A double-fronted house, Rosario, at 47 Mount Pleasant Avenue, was withdrawn, and is under negotiation through McNally Handy & Partners. Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £335,000 for 59 Glendown Avenue, Templeogue, after it failed to sell at auction.
A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 1 Rose Hall, Templeogue, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £270,000.
In Terenure, 46 Rathdown Avenue, a four-bedroom bungalow, was withdrawn at £510,000 and is under negotiation through Douglas Newman Good.

A five-bedroom semi-detached house at 20 Ballymace Green, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £335,000.
Also in Rathfarnham, Woodtown Lodge, at Kilakee Road, a four-bedroom bungalow, was withdrawn by Colm McEvoy. A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 13 Glenard Hall, Goatstown Road, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which is quoting £380,000.
North Dublin
Sherry FitzGerald is seeking offers in the region of about £820,000 for Brooklawn, a seven-bedroom detached house on Dungriffin Road, Howth, following its withdrawal from auction. Elsewhere in north Dublin, Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £255,000 for Parkview, a three-bedroom semi-detached house at 350 Howth Road, Raheny, following its withdrawn from auction. In Clontarf, £295,000 is being quoted for 84 Kincora Avenue, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, after it was withdrawn from auction by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £295,000.
Also in Clontarf, 106 Clontarf Road, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn at £315,000 by Gunne, which is quoting £335,000.
Douglas Newman Good fetched £327,000 at auction for 7 Cremore Park, Glasnevin, a four-bedroom semi-detached house.
At 9 Glasnevin Park, a three-bedroom semi-detached house was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which is quoting £190,000.
Still in Glasnevin, a three-bedroom semi-detached house at 11 Glasnevin Drive was withdrawn at £170,000 by Gunne, which is quoting £205,000.
A strong price of £280,000 was achieved at a Gunne auction yesterday for 43 Fitzroy Avenue, Drumcondra, a four-bedroom semi-detached house. Number 24 St Brigids Road Upper, Drumcondra, a four-bedroom terraced house, was withdrawn at £250,000 and sold later for a higher price through Douglas Newman Good.

In Bray, 2 Duncairn Terrace, off Quinsboro Road, a three-storey over garden level period house with 12 rooms, was sold after auction for over £600,000 by Hamilton Osborne King.
In Enniskerry, Lisbally Ard, a four-bedroom bungalow on an acre, was withdrawn at £335,000 and sold later for a higher price by Sherry FitzGerald.
Jackson-Stops McCabe is seeking over £255,000 for Foxhollow, a three/four-bedroom bungalow in Ashford, following its withdrawal from auction.
Hassett & Fitzsimons withdrew seven acres of land at Coyne's Cross, Ashford, at £155,000.
Still in Ashford, Clarke Auctioneers sold Tiglin, a bungalow with outbuildings on 3.6 acres prior to auction for a price in the region of £350,000.
In Kilcoole, Jackson-Stops McCabe secured over the withdrawal price of £225,000 after auction for Thornbank, a four-bedroom bungalow on Newcastle Road.

A four-bedroom bungalow on one acre, Roncevalles, at Leixlip Gate, Leixlip, was withdrawn by Hamilton Osborne King, which is quoting £390,000.

In Kill, a five-bedroom detached house Newbury House, on 10 acres, at Alasty, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Jordan.
In Athy, O'Doherty Auctioneers sold a farm at Kilberry in two lots. Lot 1: the farmhouse on 46.5 acres was sold at auction for £295,000. Lot 2: 9.25 acres made £162,000. In Celbridge, Corbally House and Stud, standing on 145 acres, was withdrawn at £2.9 million and is under negotiation through joint agents Lisney and Coonan. In Co Meath, 53 acres at Kilbride, Trim, was auctioned in two lots by joint agents T.E. Potterton and Sherry FitzGerald-Royal. Lot 1: 3.5 acres made £54,000. Lot 2: 49 acres was withdrawn at £145,000 and is under negotiation.
