In Swords, 3 Highfield Lawns, a four-bedroom detached house, was withdrawn by Hamilton Osborne King, which sold it later for about £235,000.
In Portmarnock, a four-bedroom detached house on Strand Road was withdrawn at £360,000 and sold later for a higher price through Douglas Newman Good.
In Sutton, Carrickbrack House, a five-bedroom detached house on Carrickbrack Road, made £642,000 through Hamilton Osborne King.
Flynn & Associates sold Tonlegee House, a three-bedroom detached house at Millbrook Grove, Dublin 13, prior to auction for more than £400,000.
The same agency also sold a three-bedroom semi, St Colman's, at 3 Mornington Park, Dublin 5, prior to auction for a price over £160,000 and fetched £250,000 under the hammer for 32 St Assams Avenue, Dublin 5, a three-bedroom semi-detached house. In Clontarf, Glenomena, a three-bedroom bungalow at 171 Seafield Road East, made £565,000 by Noel Kelly.
Also in Clontarf, 76 Hollybrook Grove, a three-bedroom semi, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £240,000.
In Dublin 9, 46 Grace Park Terrace, a three-bedroom semi, fetched £230,000 through Boyle & Associates.
In Glasnevin, a four-bedroom semi at 30 Iona Crescent was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £370,000.
Off Glasnevin Avenue, Dublin 11, 153 Willow Park Road, a three-bedroom semi, was sold after auction for £115,000 through Hugh O'Neill. In Dublin 7, a period house at 265 North Circular Road made £360,000 through Mason Estates.

In Greystones, 3 Willowbank, a four-bedroom bungalow was withdrawn by Jackson-Stops McCabe, which is quoting £400,000-plus.
Elsewhere in Greystones, 15 Burnaby Park, a four-bedroom bungalow, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £425,000.
In Roundwood, Paircmor, a stone/wooden-built house was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald.
In Delgany, The Cherry Orchard, a four-bedroom bungalow on half an acre, was withdrawn by Jackson-Stops McCabe, which is quoting £367,500.
A cottage in need of repair at Aughavanna fetched £62,000 through Harrington Lait.

In the Naul, 51.5 acres at Mooresides made £310,000 through Hamilton Osborne King.
Also in north Co Dublin, 46 acres at Parnellstown, Ballyboughall, was auctioned in two lots by Toole McKay. Lot 1: seven acres made £112,000. Lot 2: 39 acres sold for £292,000. Near Athy, Co Kildare, Ballintubbert House, Ballin tubbert, an 18th-century double-fronted four-bedroom house on 13.5 acres, was sold at auction for £815,000 by Hamilton Osborne King.
A one/two-bedroom bungalow at Canal View, Sallins, Co Kildare, made £120,000 at auction through Colm McEvoy.
Also in Naas, the same agent fetched £162,500 at auction for a three-bedroom bungalow at Stickens, Caragh. Still in Naas, a four-bedroom house at Killinagh, Robertstown, was withdrawn at £187,500 and is under negotiation through Colm McEvoy.
In Maynooth, a five-bedroom bungalow, Park Lodge, on a half-acre site at Straffan Road, was sold in one lot at auction for £410,000 by Coonan.
A 0.5-acre holding at Roseberry, Newbridge, made £81,000 through Colm McEvoy.
A three-bedroom bungalow on one acre, Glenlara, at Hazelhatch, Celbridge, Co Kildare, was sold at auction for £320,000 by Coonan.
In Clonee, Co Meath, a five-bedroom bungalow on an acre, Ladyfield, Portmanna, was withdrawn at £278,000 and is under negotiation through Flynn & Associates.
A five-bedroom detached house, Woodpark, in Dunboyne, Co Meath, was withdrawn at £265,000 and sold later for a higher price through Ronald Duff & Associates.
The same agent withdrew a three-bedroom cottage at Fennor, Slane, at £90,000. It is currently under negotiation.

In Co Donegal a property on 110 acres at Dooballagh, Letterkenny, was auctioned in lots by Raymond Potterton. Lot 1: a house on 3.5 acres sold for £185,000. Lot 2: a derelict farmhouse on 6 acres sold for £105,000. Lots 3 and 4: 23 acres sold for £104,000. Lot 5: 78 acres of forestry was withdrawn at £140,000 and is under negotiation.

At Haddington Lane, a mews site with planning permission for a detached house fetched £360,000 after auction through Ross McParland.
In Dublin 2, 132 Lower Baggot Street, a retail/office investment property was withdrawn by Lisney, which sold it later for over £1 million.
A 1,500 sq ft shop premises with overhead offices at 4 Lombard Street, Dublin 2, was sold at auction for £360,000 through Druker Fanning and Partners.
Also in Dublin 2, 114 Lower Baggot Street, a four-storey Georgian building, was withdrawn at £1,150,000 and is under negotiation through Lambert Smith Hampton.
A lock-up garage to the rear of 8 Prince Edward Terrace, Blackrock, was sold at auction for £82,000 through Terry Halpenny.
In Dalkey, 2 and 2a Castle Street, comprising three shops and a house, fetched £855,000 through Lisney.
